Job Description

• Contact customers, quote, negotiate, close sales and monitor the signing of contracts for transportation/import services/import authorization.
• Maintain and develop close relationships with customers, collect customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Be proactive and make efforts in work, ensure revenue according to the company’s targets.
• Proactively seek new customers to quote prices and interact with customers.
• Collaborate with other employees and departments to develop services based on customer needs
• Statistics, update sales data
• Monitor payment time, arising issues during the implementation of the business.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from College, University or higher, priority in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce…
• Candidates with experience in logistics sales, online business, ordering 1688, Taobao is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, customer care.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, quick-witted, flexible, and understanding of customer psychology.
• Quick thinking and flexible situation handling ability.
• Able to use office software.
• Chinese communication is an advantage.
